Exploring Google: Google Knol

Share what you know. That's what several people are doing on Google Knol. Knol, seemingly short for Knowledge, is where you will find numerous articles.  Not just how-to articles, but also periodicals, definitions of descriptions, and explanations.  It is much better than the WikiMedia foundation,  and Knol is in Beta.  At Knol, you can write a knol, and not everyone can edit it.
I read a few knols, there are knols on almost everything, including writing blog posts.  The Knol application from Google is better than Wikipedia, and it proves to be a valuable resource. There is no guarentee on the articles, but if a person who sells private islands is telling you how to buy one, of course he knows what he is talking about.  There are no images for Google Knol, but I assure you, Knol should be your trusted source for that country you are researching or ANYTHING that you are searching.
