PAPER CLIPS and Sequins and Beads and Glitter

           Sequins are so peculiar, unlike beads they are as thin as paper but have holes in them. They glimmer in the sunlight too, clearly evidencing that they are similar to glitter and sparkles. What can you do with these, together, with a paper clip or two, anyone with a minuscule amount of talent can perform this task sufficiently while an accomplished artist with ample ability may be unable to do this.
